This is the money line. Basically, there are more jobs guarding men than guarding women and restricting what women guards can do to male prisoners will make them less useful doing that job. Like allowing women reporters into the men's locker room at sporting events, this is all about giving women jobs that they want to have.
What ever happened to bend and spread em.
It should be males for males and women for women.
