Sure, oil speculators know the price is going to go up because of the actions of the Obama Administration so they are buying. Are they going to make the speculators out to be the bad guys again? How does THAT work on people?
oil is a commodity, the market dictates the price. Same as the by product gasoline. The oil companies would much rather have gasloine at a more reasonable price in a robust, sane economy.
The price is not just an arbritary thing where they get together and say “time to soak’ em”!
