They’re quite hardy here in SW Ohio — you can’t kill ‘em. LOL!!!! You haven't met me, when it comes to flowers. It seems all I have to do is look at them and PFFFFFFFFFT they're dead :(

Yep, and of all the things, my youngest girl and her hubby bought me an orchid for Mothers day. She says , “ Leave it to dry out, it's plenty moist” The next day, just by being in proximity of my black thumb, most of the blooms fell off :(

Trust me!
When we moved in here in 1999 we had a small patch of daylilies — maybe 10” x 18”. As posted above, we now have gazillions! And I’ve given away as many as we still have.
