Did I already tell you about the morning that I was awakened thinking a mouse was in my mouth?
I had apparently been snoring and my new (part short hair Collie) puppy was trying to find out where the noise was coming from, so she stuck her nose into my open mouth. As she pulled it out, I felt fur and whiskers and immediately thought “mouse.” I opened my eyes in panic to see the cocked head of my puppy staring at me and realized what had happened.
(Did not need to change bedding. TMI?)
My daughter has a wolf-hybrid. He does the same sort of thing to us all the time. Then he stands there with those liquid brown eyes as if asking "Are you ok?"
This fellow is the gentlest creature I've ever known.
