Let’s see. I think it’s pretty certain David Toms makes the cut, considering he’s tied for 4th at -7. He still has 4 holes to play.
Looks like the cut line is going to fall at +1. If so, John Daly plays the weekend as he is done at even par.
Something else to consider. I highly doubt they will extend this thing to Monday, not with the US Open next week. Another lengthly delay and this turns into a 54 hole event, or worse.

Still, he’s a monster off the tee and it would be nice for him to do well.
Back in 1993, at the Western Open at Cog Hill, I saw him play #6 par three...on the green in 1, he putts, putts again, and one more time, then again...then again finally in.
The next hole, par four #7, big dog leg right...he drives over the willow in the corner and rolls up the hill maybe 70 yds from the green...
