I have to be honest, and I will be slammed for this. I don’t like tattoos on men or women. Maybe it is because where I was born and raised it is a cultural thing. Tattooing is not a Panamanian thing although tattoo parlors do exists. Tattoos are considered more than just lower class and unacceptable in Panamanian culture…totally tasteless.
