Ex-Idaho teacher pleads guilty to sex with minor

GOODING, Idaho (AP) - A former Bliss High School teacher accused of having sex with a 16-year-old student last fall, including once on school property, has pleaded guilty to felony sexual battery of a minor.

Anna Bettencourt acknowledged she had improper sexual contact with the boy in 5th District Court on Monday as part of an agreement with prosecutors, who first charged the 39-year-old in February with two felony sexual battery charges.

I'm getting tired of reading this unworthy drivel in the news. I don't care what the brainless authorities and experts say about a 16 year old male. He is not a BOY. The young man in question lacks a certain amount of life's experience, and certainly wisdom, but he's not a BOY. In fact, if anything...if he's only an average 16 year old young nam, he's primarily just a mobile support platform for a penis. A 38 to 39 year old woman is in her sexual peak and if you think about it, the two of them probably had a pretty good time...as far as good times go.

This crap ought not even make news. Nambla should make news...every day...in ad nauseum until the public labels them as the terrible lot which they are. Ditto for Planned Parenthood, as well as the DNC. But NOT this crap. 100 years ago, this would have created a stir for certain....maybe even stigmatized the woman and forced her to move from the area. But at the same time, everybody on the periphery would chuckle to themselves, tongue in cheek, and know in their hearts that people will just be people.

I'm not saying that this isn't wrong, and that there aren't grave social implications. But the way that the MSM reports this is just wrong. As if they set any moral standard anyway. If the boy was 6 then I'd say she was a freak. But given the ages, and having been a 16 year old male, I don't think there's an older man here would can look back and with an honest heart say that he would not have hit it.

They threw me out of jury duty because I wanted to hear the defendants side of the story. They (prosecution) kept agreeing with every question I answered until I asked the defense if the accused was going to talk....
