ObaMao should just step down and let Biden be president. Then Biden can appoint a whole new cabinet and make them pay back taxes as a condition to be confirmed. Joe can then appoint George Soros as his VP and repeat the whole process again in a few months.
Since they all love European style social democracy, they should accept the pop elections, no confidence votes and frequent changes in leadership which go along with such a system.
