I have no concrete information on any specific contingency plans for that event,but pentagon planners like to have plans for just about ANYTHING that COULD come up-including an illegal seizure of power such as we’ve seen with zero.That,and the fact that the military is overwhelmingly conservative,and most are thoroughly disgusted with the clown occupying 1600 Pennslyvania Avenue at the moment,in direct violation of the constitution.Add to that the fact that we all swore an oath,to defend the constitution,against ALL enemies,foriegn,or domestic.It only stands to reason that some such plans would exist.Most likely they’re classified with a GUTS clearance(Galactic,Ultra Top Secret),but I’m sure that there are some.I have no way to prove or disprove this,it being merely a theory of mine
