O.K. Using #160344928067 brought up the page shown on WND. IF this is legit, an interested buyer could go to Kenya and get one for himself MUCH cheaper than a million dollars. As an amateur genealogist, I have paid someone to search records in a far away place (including England). That too would be much cheaper than what is shown here.
