I am betting he didn’t go there and preach the REAL gospel. He doesn’t even preach it to a receptive audience of CHRISTIANS. Actually most of those so called Christians wouldn’t tolerate the real gospel very well either.

I can remember when the Rick Warren defenders were here in large numbers. It is refreshing to see that they have seen the light.

Er...no. Christians are called to tell people they must repent and ask our Lord Jesus to forgive their sins and heal their lives. That may be sometimes offensive to people. It certainly is with Muslims. The Great Commission was not to form an interfaith campfire hoedown.
It's a pity that those who claim to be preachers don't even understand the Great Commission. It's no wonder people think Christians are crazy these days. Half of them are.

When the shepherd finds the lost sheep, he brings it back into the fold. Rick Warren would have the shepherd go to a picnic with the wolves!
Isn’t he the author of Purpose Driven life? He seems to have lost his way.
Warren just want to run the US Welafre (HHS) Department.
He has thrown aside his Christian purpose, and just lets his ego take over.
