10 isn’t all that much once the person develops a tolerance to them. My A-manager was up to 40 a day! I threatened him with termination, and he still kept at it..
The only thing that helps is an intervention once a person becomes addicted to them. I still cannot fathom how a Dr can prescribe any pain killers for more than 2 months. They are among the worst drugs on the market if abused.
