Living on the West coast I consume Dungeness crab. I love any way - right out of the shell when it is still hot, dipped in butter with lemon, seasoned mayo, made into crab cakes, in pasta, crab melts, crab enchiladas, hot crab dip with artichoke hearts, crab omelets, in cioppino, and on and on.
