At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

If Obama was never “legally” a president he never was. Impeachment is for presidents who have qualified for office.

If it is, I pray that the TRUTH about the issue come out, one way or another. While thinking people suspect he is not really a natural born citizen, Obama has only himself to blame for such doubt if he really is. Why does he resist coming clean if he is actually clean?
Until then, I can only view him as a de facto President.

I am very suspicious of this story. I googled for a reliable source and could only come up with blogs. It claims to be an AP story, but I couldn’t find it there.
You should not rely on an email, or a blog to support this kind of story. Either it came from AP or it didn’t. If it did come from AP they should provide a link directly to them. They haven’t.

What kind of discovery is the judge going to allow? Subpoenas to Hawaii? The White House? Obama personally? That’s the real key. If he makes the plaintiff make their case with no discovery, it’s gonna be tough.

I believe in omans. I know it is a bit arcane in the 21st Century. I remember when a row of American flags on a stage fell on Hilary as she got on the stage. Prior to that technicians and stage crew walked up and down the row of flags and nothing happened, until Clinton walked by and they fell on her. I said she will lose the primary. She did. Now Obama’s teleprompter just broke. No one touched it and it fell from the mount to the floor and shattered while Obama was making a presentation. Bad Oman!!????

I read an article a while ago stating that lawyers for zero told a judge or some similar such person that what is on his birth certificate would prove embarrassing to zero. I got the idea that people in high places know what it is and must figure it’s none of our business.
