But what you are all forgetting is that the District Court Ruling, whatever it ism, can be overturned by the Circuit Court on appeal, and we all know how that has worked in the past. It would go to the USSC, and even if they took the case, Sotomayor will be voting for the minority party litigant.
At least it gets an actual hearing and trial!
All this may be so, but THIS Court is the one empowered to issue subpoenas and force production of evidence.
Once all the documentation is pried loose, the case will either stand or fall.
Tecnically speakeing there woldhave to be legal grounds for and appeal and Judge Carter is meticulous, so hope for the best not the worst.

sadly your so right ...
as much as I want to see him disgraced for the pos that he is once and for all, i am myself afraid to get my hopes up.
Still it is good news and something that can not be denied now.
Obama has done a lot in the past week, from scrubbing his fight the smears web site, the wayback machine and his letter to the hospital that he was supposedly born in.
I think he is a bit nervous over this. he can’t handle a decision against him now, his political clout on the hill would be diminished greatly. His socialist agenda of health care, tax and cap would go in the toilet
