My bet is that he will not come out and say it outright, it’ll be something like. “I resign due to the requirements listed in some outdated flawed document”. You wait and see. He’ll squeal on everyone that was in on it. He won’t do down alone. He’s already had too many people take the bullet for him. Watch for more Rats and czars fleeing the sinking ship.
