AM radio...all we had then for rock and roll

That's a crime. I grew up on KMET in the '70s -- the pinncale of FM rock radio. ....and its slightly inferior competitor KLOS. Just flipping back and forth.

Same here....The Might MET was one of the greatest rock station EVER... to have it die going to that new age The WAVE crap was truly a sick sick sick sick...sick............... sick ! joke

WJDX.FM the ROCK started around late 1968...progressive FM rock...where the DJs talked like KFOG
