That mentality is specifically why Republicans and conservatives are at a disadvantage right now.
I have Twitter account(s) but use them for specific purposes and I hate using them for politics. And to whomever said Twitter aint about ego...half true.
It is an EGO thing, but just like bit-torrent, you have to give back as well.

Those texts read like they are from my fourteen year old and have virtually no content. I can see the appeal for something like the Iran situation where it was the only way some of those people could get a message out but I really don’t understand wanting to follow a celebrity/politician in 150 character bursts. Even RWR, Lincoln, and some of our other great communicators would have trouble to put any meaning into a bunch of tiny text bursts a day. The ten second sound byte represented a massive dumbing down of American politics and this takes it to another absurd low. Unless of course your idea of a political message is “lol, thoz dmcrats hve a tax plcy tht punishes hrdwrk.”
You only have 140 characters to make a point.
It is a great way to reach the Reagan Democrats.
It’s too bad it’s come to this, but it has. We have to deal with it, and use it to our advantage.
That is funny and I agree make it significant granted its brief.
