Much of this sounds like a plot from a bad science-fiction story but ten years ago we were saying the same thing about the possibility of a Marxist dictator taking over the White House. Whether this is a figment of an overactive imagination or a vast conspiracy remains to be seen. Until we know though, prudence would dictate we prepare for the worst while hoping for the best.

From what I have read from various sources, there are 194 Countries that are members of the UN. That means, that these same Countries would fall under WHO, as the "World Health Department," so to speak. My understand is that International Law trumps Federal Law (Attorneys, where are you?).
