Charges have been filed against Baxter Austria, and have implicated some US individuals who I won't repeat as I've been pulled already for saying them.
The charges have been filed with Authorities in Austria, not the USA, and have been filed with the FBI also.
There is no current status to sue, this is a criminal case.
