I went to the link to read this article and I find it poorly written and poorly formatted (misspellings, links and captions are wrong, etc.).

Perhaps the facts are true, but when the article is is not put together well, it lacks credibility.

Yes, the article itself seems like it was written by a Democrat; very bad spelling, punctuation, cuts-and-pastes clumsily executed to create malaprops, dual entendrés and confused logic, and (obviously) either no proof-reading, or it was proof-read by a functionally illiterate imbecile.

Very possibly a Democrat plant, and rather unlikely to have been done by a conservative columnist.
