No. I mean on a slightly longer-term basis.

Why would anyone go through the time, hassle, expense and risk of a court trial when they could easily avoid it? Why would Obama send his lawyers to court to avoid showing his long form birth certificate when it would be far easier, cheaper and more politically expedient simply to show his long form birth certificate... unless there’s some big reason he really, really does NOT want to show aforementioned long form birth certificate?

Precisely! One reason is the obvious: That there is something potentially damning to hide.

The only other reason would be to tie up our resources and time fighting to see the documents.

My feeling about the latter, is that I still have time to write the Kamerads in DeeCee and tell them I really really would rather they voted against the latest Socialist crap. That does not take long, and at best only seems to change the point spread, not the game. Still, that leaves enough time to go for the jackpot--proving him ineligible and his actions from day one void.
