Is there any part of the jellyfish that can be eaten?
Of this jellyfish? I don't know.
But of other jellyfish, yes. I don't know exactly what part it is, but I've had cold seasoned jellyfish pieces. It doesn't taste bad, but it doesn't entice me either--the jellyfish itself, under the seasonings, just seems more tasteless to me. The texture's also a little rubbery, by the way.
