For some native Wisconsin translation:
the first city should be “Rothschild”
the second city should be “Schofield”
“Buisness” is a secret Wisconsin word, and we cannot tell you, except to say Wisconsin doesn’t get much of it.
They got “Exit” right because the highway dept consulted the chairman of the English dept at the University of Wisconsin (automatic default when they encounter a word more than three letters long).
The “51” was just plain luck.
