I always laugh at waiters in up-scale burger joints who ask how I want my burger cooked.
Unless its at my home its always medium-well

Oh, the possibilities: “I’d like it at 165 degrees, juices running clear, please, and for it to arrive at my table at no less than 145 degrees.” ;-)
