One of the most frustrating aspects of the health care debate is that the people who most want reform are the most apathetic about it.

Let’s face it: This is no party of Einsteins. Really, it isn’t. A Pew poll last month found that only 6 percent of scientists said that they were Republicans.

Democrats should be leading this discussion. Instead, they’re losing control of it. That’s unfortunate because the debate is too important to be hijacked by hooligans.

Have you noticed that, lacking facts, Democrats strategy is to call Americans who oppose their policy (a policy such as health care that they cannot even articulate) as being dumb, mean, un-American, etc. Go to any opinion article or read comments to any opinion article and you will see arguments from the Left based entirely on name calling rather than on substance. What gives?

Democrats are leding the discussion, and their spin, lies, and distortions are obvious. The American people are educating themselves on Obama Care and getting to the truth, and it is the truth that is causing the Dem and leftists to lose this debate...and it couldn't be more deserving.

On August 7, 2009, President Obama said that he expected the people who caused the financial and health care mess to be quiet, stand out of the way, and let it be fixed. Well, Mr. President, if you do not want the people who created this mess standing in the way of fixing it, then you, Mr. Obama...and Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Frank, et all had best step out of the way yourselves because you not only helped engineered the problems and insured the fiasco...you are now intent on making it immeasurably worse in your drive towards abject marxism

Abject evil is amongst us. It has been festering for decades and is now rapidly advancing. The American people are awakening to it as a result of the health care plan, the stimulus, the bail-outs, and the coming Cap & Trade and are angry...and tired of being the patsy for all of these marxistic, socailistic, destructive, initiative robbing, liberty destroying, un-American, and unconstituional actions of the DNC, Dems, left, MSM, and RINOs.

Something is going to give, and so help me God, it will not be the liberty, constitution, and way of life my forefathers sacrificed their life's blood for.

The liberal-left and Obama seem intent on turning the frustration and angst of the American people over his policies into something more akin to Iran over this issue, with their own Basij thugs sent out to silence us, and Obama supporters called on by the Whitehouse to report any dissent. But that will not work here. It will backfire on them and ultimately they will be held accountable. We are not only aware of our rights and the sacrifices that have vouchsafed them for us, but we are also unwilling to submit to thugery and tyranny, and will use all means to prevent it and stop it.

This is an often quoted reason for “intellectual superiority” amongst Democrats. They claim that just because more “scientists” are democrats, that their party is intellectually superior. The fact is that those who teach/research have no real world experience. Learning from a book does equal intellectual superiority, just gross ignorance. One could poll the tycoons on Wall Street and see if most of them are Republicans. CEO’s are not an intellectually bankrupt group of people. My guess is that most of them are Republicans. What about physicians? Most are probably Republicans....What an idiot....
