Well, one indication of why this little glitch was exposed relates to the specious comment you so casually tossed out, that being born in Hawaii would make him a natural born citizen ... and you know the issue is far from settled since his claimed father was a British subject. Are you one of those who believes anchor babies born of illegals but upon AMerican soil are also natural born citizens?
I believe his mother was a US Citizen at the time of his birth.
If indeed he was born in Hawaii (unproven), it would make him a natural born citizen.
