If this man is even acquainted with a sane person, let alone a whiff of sane himself, I'll eat my laptop. This is his mug shot for Heaven's sake! Fella, try to look a tiny bit normal and not as if you're strung out so far and wound so tight that the duty sergeant uses you for a rubber band. You look as if you're right up there with the guy who was licking cocaine off the jailhouse floor while three huge cops tried to drag him off the drug. Maybe huffing isn't your very best drug choice. Think about it, will ya?
