I was really surprised about my daughters vitamin D defiency because we live in California.
At school, the kids eat lunch and have PE outside every day. In the summer, we have a pool, so they are outside a lot then.
We’re supplementing my daughter with 1000 IUs of vitamin D, and she is still low.
I do know that the medication she is on is stripping her of it, but it’s stripping a lot of it.
I think everyone is getting worried about it again because summer is over, and it’s going to come back strong with school starting up.
It’s a hard choice but I’d believe the White House before most of this quackery.
Sounds like the govt. is setting up a reason for more takeover power. I trust NOTHING coming out of the news media anymore. Nothing!

I am brewing kombucha. It has cured my toe fungus already and my friend says it has cured her indigestion.
There is scientific evidence that kim chi has cured bird flu. Research it.
Fermented foods are very healthy. We are senior citizens at our house and neither one of us take any drugs, never go to the doctor and are far healthier than any of our peers.
I cured RA with Vit C, Vit C and pantothenic acid.
My sister was far sicker than I and I believe the drugs she was being given were killing her.
She went on a diet to cure "leaky gut syndrome" and took many supplements and restored her liver and cured the RA.
I am going to go for it. And get my kids vaccinated as well.

You ever notice how the Amish never have all these ailments most of the general population have? No cancer, no diabetes, no mental issues, etc?
I wonder why we need to many crap in our foods (processing, etc) or why we have to have the kids vaccinated for school for things that haven’t been around in years? And now chicken pox? A vaccine for Chicken Pox? I thought kids were supposed to get that, and let it runs it’s course?
I just think this gov’t is out for control and money and is in full cahoots with the Pharms to do it. I do not believe for one minute, that either care for human lives.
I really have no idea if the Amish get these ailments or not. I’ve been interested in the Amish/autism debate because I have an autistic grandson.

We’ve got a spate of pertussis going now.
A few years back mumps were around the eastern side of the state. It was a reservation I think, and they didn’t vaccinate.
