I’m efforting the transcripts of the speech given by Ronald Reagan, to demonstrate that these speeches were neither political or indoctrinal in nature.

I do not recall this speech, and I was in school at the time and would remember it, being pretty tuned in to national politics. Was it a similar ‘broadcast’ to all schools like the one next week?
Still looking for a complete transcript of Ronald Reagan’s talk in 1988 to high school-aged kids, and the theme of the talk was “lowering taxes” and “economic stimulation”. I’ve found bits and pieces of it on kook left-wing blogs, but not a complete copy from a trusted source.
