We can cut the guest worker conversation short by talking about all the guest worker programs we’ve had in action since I was a kid 40 years ago.

No! Not until they leave and don't return with legitimate visas. No path to citizenship unless they do. No insurance, medical care, driving permits, nor voter rights. Driving permits and medical care (under employer provided plans) will be allowed under proper visa documentation.

No guest worker program. It will not work and it just opens the door to more illegal immigration. Do you think when it is time for Juan to go home he will go back to the third world hell hole he came from. NOT!!! He’ll just blend in with the others. Cut off the social services, medical, dental, education, food stamps, housing, jobs, and they will leave.
