I have to agree with this part of your statement:

Yep, no bar, but I used to sing along with that song quite heartily — made me smile.
It’s global jihad...just the other day I was reading about explosives up some guy’s buttocks going off...but that’s not new technology really, either.
Then of course there are liquid (chemical bombs)...so, you’re right Doe Eyes, the jihadis (as well as other non-jihadi terrorists) could use other types of explosives.
I posted this article just to ponder on those who hate us and those who have gone the extra mile to protect us.

In my teens, Simon & Garfunkle played the basement under a large shopping center called "The Caverns". The McCoys were the warm-up act and stayed onstage to be S&G's backing band.
