I wonder how much of this is a result of the Harry Potter books? Yes, I know, it’s a totally innocent book and I’m just being paranoid. But it has popularized the occult, which makes it something to be wary of. Even more so that it’s targeted at people of an impressionable age. So poof, a new fad of witchcraft and the occult. Just a harmless fad.
And as soon as someone in the real world gets a Harry Potter spell to work, I’m gonna be right there hollering as loud as you are.
Which is to say, I won’t be hollering.
