I believe the relevant U.S. code is Here. According to that you are a citizen at birth because your parents were citizens. The claim is made that citizen at birth and natural-born citizen are not one and the same. I don't agree with that, and don't believe that the Constitution supports the idea of three or more classes of citizenship. It identifies natural-born citizens and naturalized. If you are not one then you're the other. And by law you certainly aren't naturalized.
So run for the presidency if you want. I might even vote for you.

You are so right on. The discussion here is forgetting that Obama is simply a figurehead....a charming, charismatic, narcissistic, sociopath who can lie and have everyone believe them even when knowing they are lies. He was able to con the American people into voting for him. The real POTUS is George Soros et all.
Does one really believe that George Soros would allow just anyone to become President should it be necessary to have a change in the White House? Does one really believe that if Obama should be found (in some legitimate court that follows the Constitution) to be ineligible to be POTUS that a plan has not already been developed?
Before all of that would happen, Pelosi will have been replaced by someone who is a servant to the Soros types...someone who will carry out THE PLAN without question.
Obama will either be martyred to cause a civil war which would be useful to “the cause” or he will resign for some unknown reason. Biden will step down. The new Speaker of the House will then step into the Presidency.
These Socialist/Communist/Global people are by no means stupid. They are conniving to the enth degree and are not hesitant to do whatever is necessary to continue their agenda and that being bringing America down so America will fit into the global scene and will conform to “THE PLAN”.
When the election was in progress and we were discovering that there was no real proof that Obama was a legit candidate I laughed to myself and thought...if he is elected and found to be illegitimate (hmmm...wasn’t he that once upon a time many years ago)...I digress...anyway, I thought Biden will step down, Pelosi will die in a plane crash or something and that will leave Richard Byrd to be POTUS....and we have gone from having a black in office to having a member of the KKK....only in America....and I do not mean that in a racial way....I just found it to be an ironic albeit stupid thought.

Thank you, but we can’t run; and if we could, we are too honest for that. : ) I don’t know anyone from the Canal Zone living in the States who has durtied themselves for politics.
We had a unique, honest cultlure here. Anybody who did not play the game (children included) were out of here packed and gone in the next 24-48 hours. Period. Knowing this, it had all of us kids walking a straight line not to get our parents in trouble.

sure enough, almost half here don’t get the concept that in NOV, the voters voted for ELECTORS, not the candidates. The list of electors was publicly available in each state.
So even if McCain dropped dead the day before the election, his electors are still validly on the ballot, unless all of them died also. Nobody is claiming that the electors for Obama were born in Kenya.
And if you wanted to challenge that and remove the electors from the ballot, or before they cast their votes in December, you failed to do so. So the electors were valid, even if there was deception, and they voted for Biden for VP and the Senate accepted it. And he was sworn in. Are there lawsuits challenging Biden?
