because there NEVER WAS A CASE... that DA (that’s Dumb *** not district attorney .. well maybe both) is playing just enough games to keep the game afoot! And thus keep the GOP from being able to use a very devastating weapon, which DeLay IS!!

I do believe she meant, “Why, Isn’t his case going ahead?”...meaning there is a comma there and she agrees that it shouldn’t.
Has the case been dropped? I need some true info.
