ASPEN, Colo. — A Pomeranian has been kicked out of a Colorado resort town after getting in trouble for biting and other bad behavior.
Municipal Judge Brooke Peterson told the dog's owner, Melinda Goldrich, that if the dog is seen again in Aspen, it will be rounded up by animal control officers and put to death. . . .

"An out-of-town friend has offered to take the dog. Pomeranians are cute little critters but can be contentious as well. I am a dog lover myself but my advice to this young lady would be to take her out-of-town friend up on the offer.

Aspen! Home of the artsy fartsy California liberals. Hopefully, PETA will step in and sue this judge. This is America! Poms can live anywhere they want to! This is an outrage! If the judge wants the dog gone, the least the court can do is buy the dog a bus ticket back to Pomerania.
