Perhaps but the Poodle used to be a fantastic hunting dog and the AKC will now only recognize Poodles that hunt.

Do you recall Jesse Jackson complaining about an African woman in National Geographic breast feeding a puppy? National Geographic then sent him a picture from many years back of an Appalachian woman (white) breast feeding two coon hunting pups after the mother died.
