Should this result make us a little cynical about having the president negotiate disarmament deals? Should he be the one showing Israel how to negotiate?

I am not a cynic whatsoever but a realist. But in that light I have ZER0 confidence in Obozo and this Congress to lead this nation. It is the most incompetent leadership in this nation's history.
