I was fortunate enough to actually see and hear Blue Cheer perform “Summertime Blues” at the Fillmore East back in the 60’s.
Great hard ass rebellious rock song.

I thought it was “Acid Rock” (wasn’t that the term before Heavy Metal when there were squealing loud and heavy guitars?.
They are still among the loudest bands I’ve ever seen and I only got to catch them in the modern era.
