Campbell has all the physical tools, but he is not an NFL first team QB. He is indecisive and does not get the ball off fast enough. He also has a hard time reading defenses and making good audibles.

Couple all of that with limited field of vision and passing inaccuracy (unless he gets at least 6 seconds) and you complete his resume. He absolutely cannot handle play action. By the time he turns back to down field he has lost the whole playing field.

Sounds like he doesn't trust his receivers to be where they are supposed to be. I watched Peyton Manning on Sunday -- simply amazing watching him hit his 3rd receiver right on the button. He just knows where everybody is without looking. Of course his workouts are legendary.
