effective Monday, I’m getting another department transferred to me from Operations.

Nice of Ops to give you more people.
Is Ops going to increase your dollars as well? Well, your dollars and your dept dollars.. 8<)

Fortunately, yes. I’ll be getting the people and the associated budget and the associated problems.

did anyone see glenn yesterday? med students with bleeding hearts all in favor of obams care so as to cover as many uninsured as possible. the grizzled headed experienced docs were all agin’ it, having a better idea of what gov’t involvement means.

I got home just as Glenn Beck was coming on-I was blown away by how clueless and starry-eyed the students were compared to the veteran docs. I’d be interested in hearing what they’ll have to say on the subject after a few years in the medical practice, paying malpractice insurance and a threatened lawsuit or two...

My brother is bringing his carpenter neighbor over to (hopefully) buy the heavy duty woodworking equipment Mr.T5 used to make cabinets and furniture. I’m selling all those big saws and stuff that I don’t know how to use, and are dangerous for anyone who isn’t a pro. The planers, skill saws, sanders, scroll saw, etc I have mastered and will keep-they will be needed when building another house.

Bro called to say he and the neighbor are on the way, and that the neighbor is towing his shop trailer, so I guess he means to buy-yippee!

That is good news indeed. You want that well-loved and used equipment to go where they will be used and cared for appropriately. Plus, it will free up a lot of space for you.
It feels like winter here today. It is gray and in the 40s, with a chill wind. The spouse is mowing for what he hopes will be the second to last time until spring.

i don’t know, i guess i didn’t expect all med students to be sheeple and that some might have some political savvy so as to realize that the gov’t is not the answer to all problems.

and they didn’t even come across as even a tiny bit enlightened at the end either. do they think glenn just gathered up the rightwing shill docs for his show? there was the one asian doc who sided with the students, though.

To the relief of the editorial stuff here at The Atkinsonville World Wind I'm back on the job and.....where was I? My memory kinda comes and goes after all that ee-lek-tricity from the...the...place.
Back on job with this TENDENTIOUS to whip. I think it comes from what happened when Luther Howard tried to teach his wife to drive the tow truck from the garage. Luther runs the Howard and Howard Body, Fender and Hypnotic Hair Growth Emporium.
Anyways, Luther gave Ofilia CLEAR DIRECTIONS, “The left pedal is the brake and the right is the gas, just like hot and cold water faucets”.
Ophilia never had running water so that got her all confused trying to think about left, right, hot cold and she did at least ten dents to every pickup on the lot.

Ofilia was TEN DENTIOUS or even twenty or thirty dentious if you count the small ones.

Pump fer taters? Got my glasses on now...Bump for.. yeah, guess so....Say you wouldn’t be related to a Cook used to live near Greasy Creek would you? He was a PE too, a Psyic Explorer he said PE stood for, took outta body trips and such as that he claimed but I think it was from that factory made alcohol he drank. Corse he said his name was Rupert too but that could of been the loose dentures.
You that fella?

Nopers.... Grew up from the San Antonio TX region, but have been planted near Atlanta fer a good bit.

Does he have any plan to phyx up that Psyic Explorer? (A Canadianianianain SUV got clobbered in the windshield by a meteorite the other night, and I’m kinda worried about some dumb international rock without a passport bruising your buddy’s Explorer’s feelings.

Medical students don’t begin to think independently until the latter half of their last year. Before that, they will say or do whatever it takes to avoid a butt-chewing or public humiliation by their superiors. It’s not until their residency that the rebellious streak most of them have been suppressing finally shows through.
