Raiders defensive assistant Randy Hanson continues to push his assault charges in public, this time challenging Raiders coach Tom Cable to a lie-detector showdown.
"I will take a lie-detector test and a drug test, and I will pay for it - and I'll pay for Tom Cable to take those tests as well," Hanson told Yahoo Sports on Thursday.
Cable was asked if he had any response.
"None whatsoever," Cable said after practice Friday.
Hanson has accused Cable of assaulting him and fracturing his jaw Aug. 5 during training camp. Napa police concluded their investigation last week and handed over their findings to Napa County District Attorney Gary Lieberstein.
