Actually, the data in the document is pretty interesting. First, it says that it as signed by the grandma, Madelyn Dunham and second, it says that she was “reporting” the birth, which could be consistent with the baby being born elsewhere, but the birth certificate being “reported”.
I wish people would at least READ the document. It purports to a birth in Kenya, registered in Honolulu. Everything in the document is consistent with a Kenyan birth. Remember, both African BC documents are accurate in detail, though they could be fake. This one could also go down as fake, but accurate, or perhaps a forgery that is made at a later date.
Yes, the birth certificate falls in line with the laws of Hawaii as I understand them.
You'll notice in line 23, it says "Evidence of Delayed filing or Alteration"
And the "alteration(s)" are "HRS 338-17.8" and "per Grandmother" could have come later as the alterations. Notice that the alterations do not line up as in intentional misaligned typed to indicate the other alteration(s) came at a later date . So it's very conceivable that additions could have come later.
