And in breaking news, the Russian whaling ship Ivan Rogov responded to an emergency radio call from the environmental activist vessel Ady Gil. It appears that the Ady Gil had a major engine room fire. The Ivan Rogov attempted to conduct a speedy rescue by sending an Mi-24 Hind helicopter to pick up the occupants, however it did not arrive on time. The Ady Gil went down with all hands.
