Though it would seem unlikely that our President would introduce a controversial immigration reform strategy on the cusp of a healthcare decision in the Senate, he did indeed do that today.
The plan calls for a path to citizenship for the 11 million illegal aliens already in the US. On this the administration also seems a bit out of touch. That the vast majority of Mexican illegal invaders according to a recent Zogby Poll have no interest in becoming American Citizens and regardless would hold primary allegiance to Mexico is apparently lost on the President and Secretary Napolitano.

It's not "lost on them"; they don't care.
All they care about is that the New Conquistadores are likely to vote Democrat in exchange for promises of free goodies from the Gringos.
Much like those of African ancestry still enslaved on the Urban Plantations vote Democrat in exchange for free goodies from Whitey.
“All they care about is that the New Conquistadores are likely to vote Democrat in exchange for promises of free goodies from the Gringos.”
The instant they become citizens, these illegal invaders qualify for tens of billions of dollars in subsidized health care. Yes, they get some care now, but it’s a pittance compared to what they would get as legal holders of Obamacare cards.
It’s stunning that Obama would be so blatant about this: his plan is in serious trouble as it. Broadcasting that he plans to bust the current projections of the plan’s costs (which assume NO participation by illegals) by making 11 million illegals eventually qualify for it seems like a prescription for inviting even more Democrats to abandon ship on Obamacare.
All they care about is 11 million new Demon_RAT voters! That 11 million is a laughable figure anyway! Ever since GB Bush was in there, he was quoting 12 million, and even though the border patrol says over one million a year entered illegally. That amount should have been added to the 12 million, but never was, and now they want us to believe there are only 11 million? They insult our intelligence! This amnesty has a provision to allow all of their families too.
