Best way to get a moist turkey is to cook it breast side down! You Fip it breast side up during the last part of cooking to get it nice brown and crispy on the breast side.

Yep that works wonderfully for a very moist turkey. :) Hubby is cooking ours on the rotisserie over charcoal this year. MMMMMMM

First turkey I ever cooked after I was married turned out great.

In my ignorance I cooked it breast side down. Not much to look at but it was very moist.

Now I do turn it for the last half hour of cooking.
