Thanks, I’ve been looking online but so far nothing has leaped out at me as being special and delicious. I want to find one special protein type dish for them that will work with the rest of the Thanksgiving dinner. I’ll check out the food network.

Look for recipes that contain Quinoa (Keen-wah). Good source of protein and easy to make. Kinda looks like couscous.

If they eat dairy and eggs, I have a Spankopita recipe.

It’s not exactly Thanksgiving-y but it is very nutritious and loaded with protein.

If you can find it, there’s this box of veggie turkey slices that Worthington sells (i think it’s Worthington) and I heat them and take one slice and fold it over a couple of TBLs of stuffing, sort of like a taco, and drizzle gravy over it and serve. It’s pretty and it’s one serving, they can always have another if they want more.
