If you are in the Northern hemisphere, and not have been traveling it is most likely that you had the new 2009 A/H1N1, and not the seasonal flu. But not 100 % certain http://www.cdc.gov/flu/weekly/ The only thing you know is what type of vaccine you got. You should take both.
