It hurts not to see my liberal friends, because we used to be so close at one time. I have a friend from 40 years ago. I just see liberals as the enemy now. I don’t know how to relate to my liberal friends anymore. If I were to visit, I would be thinking the entire time “you are one of those people who are destroying my freedom and enslaving me”.
How do you stay friends with people who are destroying your freedom? I can’t. I can’t be friends with these people. It is sad that politics has split me from some close friends, but I just can’t stomach the though that they are robbing me and their children of our constitutional freedoms and rushing us to totalitarian tyranny.
Well said: It’s not about “politics” anymore and the inane statement, “I don’t talk politics” is just a cop out from linguine spined Libs/Moderates,etc who don’t have core values and beliefs.
It’s about the loss of our freedoms and liberties as we have known them. Anyone who supports Husseinm Pelosi, Reid and their minions is no friend of mine anymore.
