What is it with the interest in beauty pageant contestants and sex tapes? In addition to the Carrie Prejean tape, there is a new scandal, involving a Miss Universe contestant in a 3-way hard core tape. As this is allegedly a legal column, that brings us to the legal issue – what does it take to get fired from a pageant for a morals clause? When does something in your private life cost you a job dealing with the public?

The Miss Universe sex tape is only half as authentic as once believed — one of the women in the scandalous video is NOT a world-class beauty pageant winner, this according to the conductor of the 3-way naked train himself.
TMZ spoke with Wyatt Gallery — the fine arts photographer who was literally caught in the middle of the drama — who tells us some scumbag ripped the footage from his laptop computer in an attempt to sabotage Miss Trinidad and Tobago’s career.
While Gallery confirms that his long-term girlfriend, Anya Ayoung-Chee aka Miss T&T 2008, did co-star in the video, the other woman — believed to have been Miss Japan 2008 — is NOT Hiroko Mima after all ... just a really, really, really close friend.
Gallery tells us he believes the footage — shot in New York back in 2007 — was stolen from his laptop when he took it to a Trinidad computer shop for repairs.
Gallery says, “I feel horrible and embarrassed for Anya, her family and myself ... because this was a private moment that was never supposed to be made public.” He adds, “This was an intentional, malicious sabotage against Anya and her career ... and I feel stupid for not deleting the files off of my computer.”

Not Prejean. They were identified as some generic web model named Carrie Hannah.
I’ve seen that. I actually saw it before I saw the larry king interview and it is what prompted me to see it.
This lady cleaned King’s clock. It was amazing. I was also amazed that a 22 year old had the presence of mind to handle herself so well.
SFgate is really about as easy to take seriously as the Rocket.
That picture is awefull. I like to think a persons face lights up when they smile. That one on the far right looks like her smile is intentionally fake.
I feel sorry for those three girls, considering the view the people behind them are getting.

Well, this is gonna sound mean, but here goes. The one on the right had obviously augmented breasts. The one in the middle probably did too, but it was a better job. The one on the right has no hips. I mean no offense. Some HWP women are just more shapely than others. Some have natural beauty and some less so. The one in the middle has a nice figure, from what I can tell. At least she has hips and a narrow waste. And notice the one on the left appears to be the most natural and is covering up the most as well. If one of those girls was my daughter, I would really hope it was the one on the left. But I would rather it was none of them.
I am getting too technical and my wife would say I am obsessing about their bodies. Well, to answer your post I suppose I am. But then, that is why they are exposing them, is it not. And that is the sad part. They think that simply by exposing their flesh they are being sexy. What they are being is tools and damaging themselves in more ways than one.
I have four daughters who range in age from 22 to 33. The two youngest are in my band, as is another 23 year old “chick”. My youngest had lots of slumber parties at our house when she was in high school. I have seen more than my fair share of 16-18 year old “non-blood relative” girls running around in nighties (like it or not), but as a Christian and a father I see them all as God’s children and not sexual objects.
I actually hurt for the three girls in that picture, for a variety of reasons. It takes a certain values system and perception of your self to do that. And neither ends well.
I think the way Prejean was treated during the pageant (stupid question, etc.) was deplorable. I think her judgement is equally deplorable, knowing in this day and age that these tapes existed and the liklihood of them surfacing would escalate with her notoriety. People who have made these tapes or photos and then put themselves in the limelight are asking for trouble. Then, when it comes, it reflects on all who supported them, as well. I listened to her being interviewed, and though she tried to make the case for her toughness and resilience, something about her just didn’t seem right.
